We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven E-commerce Senior Executive to own the day-to-day operation and growth of Aisugi Japan's online store. You will manage the platform end-to-end - from product listings and order fulfillment to payment/courier operations and performance reporting - working closely with our tech partner and the Brand & Communication team.

• Manage and maintain the Online storefront: product listings, pricing, inventory sync, and site content
• Own daily order management - processing, tracking, and resolving order or delivery issues
• Coordinate with the ERP/tech partner on catalog sync, integration issues, and platform updates
• Manage payment gateway (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz) and courier (Pathao, Paperfly, E-courier etc) operations, resolving transaction or delivery escalations
• Track and report on e-commerce KPIs - sales, traffic, conversion, cart abandonment - to the Brand & Communication team. 
• Coordinate online promotions and campaign timing with the B&C/Social media team. 
• Ensure inventory consistency between the online store and physical outlets (Uttara & Banani)
• Handle customer escalations related to online orders, returns, and refunds
• Support the continued rollout of the e-commerce platform's roadmap and new feature launches
• Maintain SOPs and documentation for e-commerce operations
